I want to share with you this "sNews 1.6 Revolutions" optimized (with some functions from sNews1.7).

I change almost all functions to reduce sql calls, and keep sNews 1.6 as simple as possible.

This version I use:
- Some functions from sNews1.7
- Global variables
- Global queries (see startup and title function)
- get_id was removed
- Add Ghassem Tofighi's timing mod
- Add new mod for comments to avoid spam

This is a very nice install and fast. I am not an expert in Snews, but would like to try the multi-user version. Can you make the same modifications to Snews MU as the 1.6?
